All courses at Business Career Coaching & English Academy are prepaid in full prior to scheduling.

Refunds are only available for unscheduled classes and must be requested in writing. Once a class is scheduled, completed, or missed, it is non-refundable. All approved refunds are subject to a $100 administrative fee.
