All courses at Business Career Coaching & English Academy are prepaid in full prior to scheduling.

Refunds are only available for unscheduled classes and must be requested in writing.

Once a class is scheduled, completed, or missed, it is non-refundable. All approved refunds are subject to a $100 administrative fee.

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

• Services are digital and reserved in advance, limiting our ability to resell scheduled time

• Refunds are governed strictly by this policy

• Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a violation of this agreement
