Chris Ramirez is a strong and energetic leader with more than 45 years of experience in business. He is the Executive Chairman of Business Career Coaching and English Academy (BCC). Chris loves to teach and lead, and you can see this clearly in everything he does at work. Over the years, Chris has worked in many areas of business. He has experience in human resources, marketing, and advertising. He is also a skilled teacher of English as a Second Language (ESL). For many years, he has helped people as a life coach — someone who helps others reach their goals and improve their lives. Chris uses everything he has learned from his past successes to help BCC grow and improve. He is always looking for new and better ways to help students and professionals. Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling to new places, listening to music, staying fit and active, reading, and spending time with his family.

Lisa Barone, President and CEO, brings over 41 years of professional experience in ESL instruction, sales, marketing, and healthcare. Certified in TEFL and TESOL, she is passionate about helping students build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and prepare for career success through practical interview coaching and supportive English training. Lisa is known for her compassionate leadership and dedication to creating a welcoming learning environment for every student. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys gardening, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and volunteer service. She believes every student deserves patient guidance, real-world preparation, and the opportunity to achieve personal and professional success with confidence.

Aisha Nunez is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Business Career Coaching (BCC), with over 25 years of experience in financial services, investment banking, and executive operations. She oversees all financial functions — including budgeting, cash flow, payroll, and reporting — while partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning and long-term growth. With a career spanning organizations such as Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Credit Suisse, Gruntal & Co., and The Courtney Group, Aisha is known for her integrity, empathy, and results-driven leadership. Grounded by a love of dance, travel, and wellness, Aisha brings curiosity and purpose to everything she does. She is deeply committed to BCC's mission of empowering individuals to become their best selves and build a future without limits.

Maricella Ramos serves as Vice President of Client Relations/HR at Business Career Coaching and English Academy, bringing over 25 years of experience in contract management, leadership, customer service, and staff training. Her background spans contract negotiation, compliance manage-ment, and team development, working closely with staff, vendors, and clients to improve communication and support business goals. Maricella believes every student can succeed with support and encouragement, and is passionate about helping students build confidence, strengthen communica-tion skills, and expand their career opportunities through BCC-EA's programs.                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Kerry serves as Vice President of International Student Recruitment and is an experienced international business professional with 15 years work experience in global markets. She earned her Master’s degree in the United States and has strong skills in cross-cultural communication and international relationship building. Kerry works closely with students and partners from North America, Europe, and Asia and is known for being a strong communicator, problem solver, and supportive leader in fast-paced international environments. Kerry enjoys traveling, learning about new cultures, and meeting people from different backgrounds. She is also interested in language learning, fitness, and outdoor activities. Her passion for lifelong learning and global connection helps her support students and international partners with care and understanding.

Lance Navarro serves as Vice President of Global Instructors at BCC Business Career Coaching. His career was launched at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua in Hawaii in 1995. This instructor brings over 30 years of experience in hospitality leadership, public speaking, and English teaching. Having lived and worked in California, Hawaii, Mexico, and Ecuador, he offers a genuine global perspective that resonates with students from all walks of life. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, basketball, and the outdoors. At BCC, he is passionate about equipping English learners with the confidence and communication skills needed to excel in interviews and professional environments, wherever their career may lead.
